Hey—I'm Mike.

I created this program because I spent over 20 years stuck in loops I couldn’t escape. And for most of that time, I didn’t even know what it was.

The last 11 years, I’ve understood it more clearly—but even then, I was stuck in a trap that looked like a solution. Endless rumination. Repetitive rituals. Constant checking and reassurance-seeking. It gave me relief—but only for a moment. And over time, the loop got tighter. I was losing 5+ hours a day to rituals alone—not even counting the energy lost to intrusive thoughts, emotional spikes, or trying to get back on track.

On the outside, life looked fine. I was running businesses. Showing up for my daughter. Staying busy. But inside, I was drained—repeating the same patterns just to feel “right,” even when they made no sense.

I tried everything. Mindset work. Productivity systems. Performance coaching. Lifestyle overhauls. Some of it helped—for a while. But nothing stuck.

Eventually, I realized what almost everyone else seemed to overlook:

You can’t rewire your mind if your body still thinks it’s under threat. That’s when everything started to shift. I stopped trying to out-think the loop… and started working with my nervous system instead. That’s where this framework was born.

No. This is not therapy or a replacement for professional mental health treatment. OCD Unlocked is a structured course and support community built from lived experience, focused on helping you calm your system and build new patterns—starting with the body.

Do I need to use my real name to join?

Nope. Many people use initials, nicknames, or a name they’re comfortable with to protect their privacy. This is a safe space—you get to choose how you show up.

What if I’ve already tried therapy, medication, or mindset work?

Perfect. Most people here have. This program works best if you’ve tried those approaches and still feel stuck. We take a body-first approach to help you finally gain traction where other tools haven’t stuck.

Is this program only for people with OCD?

No. While it was built by someone with lived experience around obsessive loops, this program is for anyone stuck in patterns that feel hard to break—especially under stress.

If I held a metaphorical gun to your head and said, “Sing a song,”

you wouldn’t stop to write something new.

You’d sing the one you’ve rehearsed a thousand times.

That’s what your brain does under pressure. It defaults to the familiar.

Pressure can come from anywhere: poor sleep, nutrient gaps, overstimulation, or emotional stress.

When the body’s basic needs go unmet, the mind loops harder.
